Refund policy

The Cato Institute accepts returns within up to one-year after purchase for a full refund. The books must be in salable condition and have been purchased directly from the Cato Institute -- through either its online store or customer service center. Please use the mailing address on the packing slip and include the invoice with the books. The customer pays shipping charges. Wholesale orders are not returnable.
